In the 1901 Census taken 31 March, their address is not recorded in the transcript. Robert is 45 and a General Labourer. Martha Younger is 44, James David is 19 and an Apprentice Carpenter, Georgina is 18 and a Dressmaker, George is 16 and an Apprentice Carpenter. Flora 13 and David 6 are at school, and Margaret is 3.

In the 1911 Census for Robert and Martha Younger taken 2 April, again the address is not recorded in the transcript. Robert is 54 and a Dock Labourer, Martha is 53. James, Georgina and George have left home and married. Flora, 23, is a Manager’s Assistant in a Drapery. David is an Apprentice Joiner at a shipyard, and Margaret is at school.

On 29 July 1920 David Walter Younger (middle name transcribed as Waller on the marriage register), 25, married Matilda Davies, daughter of Allen Thomas Davies, at Birkenhead St. James.

In Q2 1955 the death of a Matilda Younger aged 62 in Birkenhead was registered.

In Q4 1967 the death of a David Walter Younger aged 73 in Sutton, Surrey was registered.
